Bio The path that led her to this point
I feel like I have come back to my authentic self. In my late teens and early twenties I was interested in tarot and astrology and read a lot of self-help books.
I started working in the music industry from 20 and delved deep into the rock-and-roll lifestyle. I was a music sales rep throughout my twenties; I worked hard and partied hard.
Just before my 30th birthday I took a side step and worked part-time in retail to allow myself to have a baby. I needed to slow down and leave the rat race.
In my thirties I gave birth to two beautiful girls, worked part-time, sewed and connected with like-minded souls.
From 2007 until 2011 I ran a small craft publication called "Mixtapezine" which really encompassed my life at the time, online bloggers, pop culture, craft and community.
In 2011 I did a counseling diploma and was reignited with my spark to connect with Reiki.
I've since gone on to do Reiki 1 and 2 and am just about to finish my Reiki Masters. I know this is my calling. I help women connect with their true inner selves. I work on a subtle energetic level connecting and healing mind, body and spirit.
I have always practiced on people from home and late 2013 I started working one day a week from a naturopath's room. Early this year an opportunity came up to rent a small suite in a fabulous art deco arcade right around the corner from my home!
I set up shop in March this year and haven't looked back. I want to help busy women connect with their heart and soul. I offer a treatment practice to allow the body to recharge. I run small workshops on mediation and also teach reiki as a self-care practice.
